Vermont Spring Leadership and Skills Conference


The 2010 Vermont Leadership and Skills Conference will be held on March 15 & 16 at the Sheraton Hotel & Conference Center in Burlington, VT. The VLSC brings more than 400 SkillsUSA members from accross the state together to compete in a total of 54 state leadership and trade competitions.

Officer Applications

The Deadline for Officer Applications for the 2010-2011 year have been extended to Friday, February 19th.
We are looking for the following positions: President, Vice President, Secretary, & Treasurer

All applications must be accompanied with a paragraph biography and a photo. Applicant's should prepare a 2-3 minute campaign speech for Monday March 15.

Competition Updates & Downloads

Students and Advisors are responsible for supplying their own power needs. The Sheraton and/or SkillsUSA Vermont will not be supplying power cords or power strips to contestants.

Advertising Design

Advertising Design Task
All students need to supply a printer, a computer with appropriately licensed software, and paper (both 8.5x11" and 11x17"). Students are required to wear black pants, black shoes, and a white collared shirt.

Automotive Service

Pin Design

Pin Designs will not be submitted ahead of time. Student's will turn in pin designs at Registration. Student's must be registered for Pin Design by 2/12/10 in order to be eligible for the contest. Please keep in mind that a presentation is required with this competition.
You may NOT include the National SkillsUSA Logo in your pin design.
